This past month several newsletters were being delivered to me instead of their intended recipients. After several weeks of discussions with the post office, I was finally given the explanation that the scanners used for sorting were picking up my address zip code instead of our member’s zip codes and the papers were being delivered to me. It was suggested to me by our local postmaster that I rotate my return address on our papers. This is being tried with the March issue. Hopefully, this will solve this recent problem and not cause any other delivery issues. Please let me know if anything “odd” happens as a result of this new implementation and continue to log when your newsletters are received by you on the sheets I provided at Officer’s Training. These logs should be used for the entire year, then

returned to me late fall. Thank You.
