Marketing Report - May 2025

May is Motorcycle Awareness Month so I'm sure there are lots of Awareness Rallys going on. Please make sure to take pictures and send them to events@abatewis.org so that Betty has them for the newsletter and I have them for Social Media and other future Marketing. Along the line of awareness, we do have extra yard signs available via paper order or online for $10. Signs will not be shipped, pick up will be organized via your local region after the board meeting following receipt of payment.

Another item that I was asked to order was ABATE 3 x 5 flags. I ordered a few and can order more. Orders can be placed online. They will be fulfilled once a week and can be shipped with appropriate payment. Delivery can also be coordinated similar to the yard signs. The current cost is $25 but could change. Prices will be current online.

At the April meeting materials were delivered to 8 Regions. Consider this your friendly reminder that if you need something, reach out.

The website is still continuing to get updates as time permits. We will be asking Regional Reps to please send a photo of themselves to be displayed on the Regional page. I'm also asking for pictures of your Region at events as I'll put them on the pages. I think this will be a much more welcoming image to people who are checking us out.

I'll also be sending out some guidelines for Facebook pages. Each Region will get an image to use for a profile photo on Facebook that will show our logo and the Region. This should help differentiate when searching but also keep our image properly displayed. A few other reminders. The cover photo should be a Region photo or our logo. Please don't create your own logo. Also, please add me as FULL ADMIN on your Region’s Facebook pages if I'm not already. If you aren't sure how to do this, let me know and I'll set up a time to guide you through the process.
