ABATE Acres Report
What a great Summer Hummer. The Hummer wouldn't have worked if it weren't for the people that help us out before, during and after the party. You know who you are. Not so much work this year pulling big rigs out of the mud although a few needed a little help even if it wasn't raining constantly. It was nice to have the bands playing at noon on Sunday for all of those that stayed 'til later in the day or Monday to help clean the grounds.
Next up is Family Campout the 2nd weekend in August - the 8th, 9th and 10th. This is a fun time for families to come and enjoy the land. The kids will remember what we do there, and it might make them think about joining up when they are older. They sure get a chance to practice a little dirt bike riding that weekend.
