Meetings: 1st Sunday of the month at Racer’s Hall, W4408 CR-C, Plymouth, 12 Noon. No meeting in September.

 

We held our meeting on April 6th at Racers Hall in Plymouth. With a full house.

Secretary’s report given by Laurie. Membership report given by Julie. Next was Treasurer report from Jen.

Nate gave the legislative report as the position is currently vacant.

The AB135 draft is on the move with opposition from some automotive and agricultural manufacturers.

Also coming up SB82 consumer choice for modes of power in our equipment and motor vehicles.

Also coming up is a public hearing on April 9th at the capital regarding AB161 which is the ability to purchase a vehicle or equipment that operates on a fuel source of our choice.

Jen gave the MRF report.

She talked about the importance of the call to action’s and reminded everyone to please follow through by sending those e mails when asked.

She attended the Heartland Steam Conference in Iowa.

She learned a lot including attending a session on how to get the younger generation more involved in our organization.

Keith gave a products report. He currently is waiting on inventory and will keep everyone posted.

​

Our Awareness Rally is set for May 3rd from 2:00pm - 4:00pm in front of the Valvoline Instant Oil Change,1950 Eastern Avenue

Plymouth. Our meeting will follow at Racers Hall in Plymouth at 4:30 pm.
