Meetings: 1st Sunday of the month at Racer’s Hall, W4408 CR-C, Plymouth, 12 Noon. 

 

Our meeting was held on August 2nd at Racers Hall in Plymouth. 

 

The Secretary report was read followed by the Membership report from Julie.

Jen gave the Treasury report. We still have Bug patches. If anyone is interested, see Nate or Jen. They are $10.00 each with all proceeds going to the Marlene Bautch fund.

 

A Legislative report was given by Nate. He has some survey forms on the Right to Repair to pass out.

 

In the MRF report Jen reminded everyone that the primary election is coming up on August 11th, so please get out and vote.

On the Federal side, the highway bill is making some progress so far all of the language we asked for is still in it.

 

At Sturgis this year Dave Dwyer will be inducted into the Hall of Fame.

 

The Meeting of The Minds is coming up on Sept 24-27th in Milwaukee. ABATE of Wisconsin is hosting this conference, so it is a great opportunity to attend as it is close to home. Jen has registration forms if anyone needs one.

 

Keith gave the Products report. He is available if anyone has any questions.

 

Summer Hummer was June 24-28th with beautiful weather and a decent turn out.

August 7-9th is the family campout at ABATE Acres.

August 23rd West Bend VFW Car and Motorcycle show.

September 26th the Guzzlers Grass Drags in Fillmore. Also on this date is the Top Hats Poker run.

Our Brat fry is January 30th at Racers Hal Tony is looking for volunteers to help at the Brat fry.

 

Stone placing for Bug, Brains and Rabbit is the 29th of August at the Motorcycle Memorial in Door County.

 

Next meetings are on September 13th, October 4th, and November 1st.
