Meetings: 1st Sunday of the month at Racer’s Hall, W4408 CR-C, Plymouth, 12 Noon. 

 

Our Meeting was Saturday May 2nd at Racers Hall in Plymouth. Nate started the meeting with the Pledge of Allegiance and a Moment of Silence for the fallen.

 

Julie gave the membership report and said everyone should get a notice in the mail for renewal and is trying to get ahold of people who are delinquent. Nate mentioned he sold a membership while standing outside for motorcycle awareness.

 

The treasury report was given by Nate.

 

Cathy gave a legislative report, however no new items to report on, should be quiet until after elections. Nate mentioned if anyone needs yard signs, they are $10 a piece.

 

MRF report - Nate reminded everyone about Meeting of the Minds September 24 - 27, 2026, held in Wisconsin this year at the Brookfield Sheraton. This is a nationwide MRF event.

 

Member Forum:

Reminder if anyone wants a Summer Hummer t-shirt orders must be in by May28th.

Summer Hummer free ticket drawing went to Jake and his wife.

Bug's memorial - more patches are ordered to have for upcoming events. A picnic table has been designated for inscription in his name at the land. A stone is being purchased for the motorcycle memorial in Sturgeon Bay with the placement ceremony scheduled for August 29th. Patches are a $10 donation to ABATE.

Brat Fry - January 30th, Racers Hall in Plymouth. Volunteers needed (Jeff and Cathy will help out again this year.)

Old Business:

Picnic tables arrived and are being setup for assembly and sponsorship markings.

ABATE of Wisconsin executive officer election nominee forms should be complete and turned in.
