Marketing Report - March 2026

February was a crazy busy month but I'm so excited about the energy coming from our Officers & Members. On Friday night of Officer Training we mixed up the room with some assigned seating outside of your Regions. While it wasn't everyone's favorite, there were so many people that loved it. They got to meet new people. They got to hear different ideas. They got to do exactly what Officer Training is supposed to do. Then on Saturday I presented the marketing basics and went over some of the new stuff we got for 2026. Each Region received a National Night Out kit which included an ABATE backpack to raffle off, tattoos, pencils, & bracelets. It had instructions, a list of what to bring, and follow-up cards. Each Region also got a bag of marketing items for other events. New this year were car air fresheners that remind drivers to Look Twice for Motorcycles. We also delivered posters to several Regions and got the Summer Hummer posters to all Regions. We kicked off a new marketing plan as well for the Summer Hummer and showed all the attendees the postcard and provided an explanation of how it works. When you get it in the mail, READ IT!

At Lobby Day there was again great energy! Lots of excitement over the conversations had with legislators. We even had a few legislators ask for the motorcycle stress ball again. This year we instead handed out cork coasters for each legislator and their staffers. The coasters have our logo and "The Motorcycle Issue Experts" on both sides. So, this way if they think they can flip it over and ignore us, we're still there. (Yeah, I'm like that. lol) It sounded like those were also a hit.

There have been a lot of great events going on in all the Regions, a bunch of great well worded posts about our issues on Region’s Facebook pages, and a lot of good comments, likes, & shares. We appreciate it because all of that organic activity helps bump our posts which means the app will display us for more people to view. Keep sharing!
