ABATE Acres Report
It doesn’t seem possible, but we are getting ready to close the land for the season. Be sure to come over that weekend to lend a hand. The people who show up, although buttoning up ABATE Acres for the winter, usually manage to have a pretty good time around the campfire in the evenings. We hope you join us before we have to shut off the water and go home for the season.
The Land Committee is looking into building a permanent food court pavilion in the Summer Hummer food vendor area to create shade for those who eat by the vendors. This will eliminate the need for the white tents that we currently use to create shade during the Hummer. More to come on that subject.
