ABATE Acres Report

Not much happening on the home front at ABATE Acres. We are closed for the season, but rest assured that the wheels are still turning on how to make improvements there.

The main topic right now is finalizing plans for what we now call the brown palace in order to turn it into a library, Board / Meeting room and improved kitchen area as well as a ramped access to the building itself. We are in the process of obtaining bids for building the main shell and are starting to brainstorm some financing ideas/options. Stay tuned in the future months as those things come to fruition.

In the meantime, hope to see a good turn out

at Land Warming. It’s only a few months away!
