We will have our fall ditch pickup on Sunday Oct. 12th at noon at the BP gas station on the SE corner of 63 and 64.

Bryan Fanton went to Meeting of the Minds and said it had a good turnout. He earned the Iron Butt patch😊!! He has also joined MN Abate so he will have updates from our neighboring riders, many of which affect a lot of us on this side of the state. He let us know that Meeting of the Minds will be in WI next year and Steam will be in MN.

 

Steve Panten and John Reblin are looking to schedule Grass Roots Lobby Training across the state in Nov. and Dec. Let Mitch know if you are interested in there being a session in our area.

 

SCVR are looking into starting Road Guard Legislation since WI does not have any.

 

We will look into having our chili cookoff the end of Jan. at Roosters Roadhouse. Sue will contact them to see if the last Sat. or the 4th Sat will work since there are 5 that month.

 

ABATE Acres Land Closing is Oct. 19-21.

Lobby Day will be Feb. 17, 2026, if you want to mark your calendars.
