Dane County 8B and Columbia County 8E held their monthly meeting on July 6, 2025, at NV Corners. Meeting called to order. Pledge of Allegiance and moment of silence for fallen brothers and sisters was held. Introductions by all in attendance, members and non-members alike.

 

Legislation information was given by reviewing the information provided by Steve Panten.

 

Review of Summer Hummer 2025 event. Congratulations to Char Anderson for being the lucky winner of the Motorized Bar stool.

 

Apparel/product sales have been steadily moving along as expected.

 

Memberships are still coming in. A challenge (lol) has been created between regions 8B and 8E, vs 7E and 8F. Every member that can get 5 new members will be entered into a drawing for a $50.00 cash card donated by NV Corners. This challenge will start in August 2025 and continue until December 31, 2025.

 

The following dates are for upcoming events and meetings we will be attending. Feel free to join us at any of the events to help out. If you know of events you feel ABATE should attend, please contact your regional representatives. Our phones are always on.

 

July 20th NV Corners Bike Wash and Blessing

August 3rd monthly meeting at noon (note the change in time) kick stands up following the meeting for a fun run.

September 7th meeting at 1 pm NV Corners

October 5th we will be doing a meet and greet during the Crud Run in Leland Wisconsin.

November and December dates will be announced at a later time.
